On July 4, the TUM School of Management its doors to its top Master students and various companies as part of the Reverse Career Fair – the classic career fair is turned around and the applicants take on the role of exhibitors and have to convince the recruiters.
23 outstanding master's students presented themselves not simply with a resume in hand, but with their personalities. Individually designed exhibition stands were prepared that were more than just an application platform: an expression of their interests, values, visions, and talents. Whether interactive elements, creative visualizations, or outstanding persuasiveness – the diversity and originality of the presentations reflected the uniqueness of our students.
The morning was characterized by intensive one-on-one discussions between the students and company representatives. There were no barriers, no pre-prepared questions—just genuine interest. Afterwards, everyone gathered for lunch, before an open discussion rounded off the day in the afternoon.
A heartfelt thank you goes to all participating companies who enriched this day with openness and commitment:
Accenture, Allianz Consulting, Altman Solon, BearingPoint, CHECK24, Celonis, Fortlane Partners, PHILIP MORRIS International and Siemens Advanta.
