With the Welcome Week, we kicked off the new semester. The week offered students space for orientation and first connections. Alongside insights into our activities and events, getting to know one another took center stage.
A key highlight was the introduction of CareerOS, the networking platform we launched in cooperation with the TUM School of Management. CareerOS is the central hub for job search and company connections, bringing direct access to recruiters, exclusive roles, and application tracking into one place. The team demonstrated key features and how students can quickly find the right company contacts.
The week was complemented by the Bavarian Lunches, which we organized together with the Student Council, held as separate Bachelor and Master editions exclusively for freshers, students who are just starting their studies. In a relaxed setting with Bavarian snacks such as pretzels and Leberkäse rolls, participants connected and made their first contacts.
Both formats show what Welcome Week stands for: orientation, openness, and short paths, from first conversations to concrete opportunities. We, at TUM Management Alumni e.V., thank everyone involved and look forward to a semester in which initial conversations become joint projects and encounters grow into robust networks.
