On July 4, the TUM School of Management<\/strong> its doors to its top Master students and various companies as part of the Reverse Career Fair<\/strong> \u2013 the classic career fair is turned around and the applicants take on the role of exhibitors and have to convince the recruiters.<\/p>\n

23 outstanding master's students presented themselves not simply with a resume in hand, but with their personalities. Individually designed exhibition stands were prepared that were more than just an application platform: an expression of their interests, values, visions, and talents. Whether interactive elements, creative visualizations, or outstanding persuasiveness \u2013 the diversity and originality of the presentations reflected the uniqueness of our students.<\/p>\n

The morning was characterized by intensive one-on-one discussions between the students and company representatives. There were no barriers, no pre-prepared questions\u2014just genuine interest. Afterwards, everyone gathered for lunch, before an open discussion rounded off the day in the afternoon.<\/p>\n
