Prof. Dr. Florian Bauer was named honorary professor at TUM School of Management by the Technical University of Munich (TUM) today.
As a board member of Vocatus, a prominent researcher and holder of an extremely popular seminar on Behavioral Pricing at TUM School of Management, Prof. Dr. Bauer has garnered a reputation throughout his 4 years of involvement with the university and earned his honorary professor status despite the harsh requirements imposed. Prof. Dr. Bauer is now part of the elite group of individuals honored with the title at TUM School of Management, which includes personalities such as Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Reitzle, chairman of the supervisory board at Linde AG and chairman of the board at Stadtwerke München GmbH, Prof. Dr. Florian Bieberbach.

He studied Psychology and Economics at the TU Darmstadt, MIT and Harvard and is specialized in buying decision, customer satisfaction and price optimization. Since 2011, Prof. Dr. Bauer is board member of the Professional Association of German Market and Social Researchers (BVM).
