The TUM Management Alumni eV is experiencing a significant generational change: After more than 12 impressive years as chairman, Gunther Friedl has handed over the office to Maximilian Schiffer. Friedl will continue to be associated with the association as honorary chairman.

Under Friedl's leadership, our alumni network has developed in an extraordinary way: membership has grown from 1,000 to almost 10,000 - a clear testament to his ongoing commitment to strengthening the connection between alumni, supporting them and promoting excellence. We would like to thank him for his tireless efforts, which form the foundation of this success.

In addition to Maximilian Schiffer, the board is made up of a strong mix of experienced and new faces: Silja Wöhrle, Stephan Weiss and Dr. Maik Steinmetz continue to contribute their expertise, while Dr. Jörg Siebert and the new Dean of the TUM School of Management, Professor Dr. Christoph Kaserer, enrich the team. Together, the board will take the network to the next level.
